Clean, seasonal vegetables

⋆★ Etna, Wyoming

You want to feed your family fresh, unsprayed produce but you’re not going to find it at the grocery store.

No more veggieds that go limp by the time you get them home — ours are picked right before they land on your kitchen table.

You'll remember what vegetables are supposed to taste like!

Enter your name and email, and I’ll send you my 5 best tips for keeping your produce fresh—including exactly how to prevent those 'liquified' cucumbers in the back of the fridge.

    Local

Grown here in Star Valley — where community is built.

    Clean

Know your food is full of heart, not chemicals.

    Fresh

Fresh from the field, hand-picked for you. It just tastes better!

“I want to pass healthy eating on to my kids,

but there’s junk food all around and the time pressure never lifts.”

As a mom trying to make real food the norm, there is so much coming at you. You’ve told me you feel:

    • Grocery store worry, wondering why the meat smells “off” or how many weeks the greens spent bouncing around in a truck

    • Tired of those plastic tubs that don’t actually recycle

    • Worried about the bad food at the party this weekend undoing your hard work at home

Feeding your family should feel good.

Stop Wasting Your Fresh Vegetables (and Money)

We’ve all been there: you buy beautiful salad greens with the best intentions, only to find they’ve turned to slime in the back of the crisper. It’s a waste of food, a waste of money, and it feels like a total fail.

Get my free guide to keep your veggies fresh longer (weeks instead of days), like the surprisingly effective paper towel trick for cucumbers.

No fancy equipment needed. Just practical tips that actually work.

      Hi, I’m Kate.

I know what it’s like to stand in the grocery store feeling uneasy, wondering if the food in your cart is designed for shelf-life rather than nourishment. I was tired of fruit and veggies that needed a passport to get to my kitchen, only to have the tomatoes taste like disappointment. I hated watching my money disappear into some corporate void while I settled for food I didn't trust.

Instead, I wanted to know my food — and my neighbors.

So, in 2025, we started Old Dog Farm and quickly found that you wanted the same thing: to eat clean food from people you know.

We help you trade grocery store worry for farm-fresh eating:

      • Sun-warmed tomatoes so sweet they never make it to the salad bowl

      • Snap peas that "pop" as your kids eat them like candy

      • Chicken that tastes like a Sunday roast even on Tuesday

      Enjoy

Make a meal, gather your loved ones, and feel the glow from knowing exactly where your food came from.

Get fired up about what’s on your table.

        Here, you’ll find:

        • Flavor! (The kind that comes only when veggies are grown just down the road.)

        • Relief when the littles reach for seconds of sweet carrots instead of the “other” sweets.

        • Friendship — old and new — with people that love clean food and connection as much as you do

That’s what the farm is for:

A way to feed your family well,

make life just a little easier, and

stay rooted in the place you love.

        Fresh veggies help. Every time.
